Miss Lovejoy
She’s like a big primary school teacher. Underneath her severe image, Ms Lovejoy reveals herself to be affectionate, particularly towards the elves. She is also both warm and strict towards Nicolas. Director of the toy factory and responsible for the post, Ms Lovejoy is also Santa’s personal assistant. Without her, things would not work nearly so well in the House of Christmas.
